One thing among many which divides this anime from the other is how real its characters look and feel and Protagonist is not some generic high school caricature but observant and aware guy.

i literally got chills as shinichi's right hand parasite thing k!lled that dog and the other parasite thing, holy shit. also the soundtrack is so incredible, it's what got me to start finally watching this
